It’s important to know what your goals are and how you plan to implement them, both in the short-term and in the long-term. In this interactive workshop, Amy will guide you to really think about what you want for yourself as a business owner and what you want for your business itself.

During this workshop you will:
*reflect on the current state of your business
*imagine what you can create moving forward
*strategize your short and long-term business goals
*prioritize the steps you need to take to make your goals a reality
*outline the next steps you need to take toward action
